03/2011: INGT purchased a building at 26 Elizabeth Street, Launceston on 22 June, 2010. A large part of the building has been refitted and will be used by Work & Training for its Northern Tasmania regional office.

The Elizabeth Street building is centrally located in Launceston’s CBD on a wide tree-lined street with ample car parking nearby. It will provide Work & Training with greater visibility as well as expanded facilities for the growing RTO arm of its business.

It has also been a guiding principle for INGT that, where appropriate, businesses in the INGT group should be accommodated in buildings owned by INGT or its businesses rather than in leased office space.
